Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Nishkam Bhagawat Seva Charitable Trust is instituting a donation refund, return and cancellation policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent on our Website spiritmeaning.org/donations.
All donations from kind and sincere donors shall be spent only for Noble Causes. We support Gau (Cows) Seva, Medical Seva in the form of Health Camps and consultations, Anna Daanam or Bhandaras for Sadhus, Groceries for helpless widows and the blind people, Giriraj Tree Seva, etc.
Since Nishkam Bhagawat Seva Charitable Trust has launched multiple on-going initiatives which happen throughout the year, funds are immediately allocated and utilized for the same.
So we have a complete no-refund policy and the donor should use his discretion to the fullest before making a donation and it is upon the donor to commit himself/herself to the donation and shall not hold Nishkam Bhagawat Seva Charitable Trust responsible for any denial of refund requests.
Since there are no goods or commodities involved in the donation process, the cancellation policy does not apply to our Trust.
Thus we are not obliged to make refunds, returns or cancellations of any kind in favor of the Donor and expect the Donor to be well informed about our activities by referring to our website.
