One type of Hanuman Mantra is Fraum Beeja mantra that is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. You can also recite the Hanuman Chalisa, Hanuman Ashtaka, Bajrang Baan, and Sundarakand Paath of Ram Charita Maanas as part of Hanuman Sadhana. The Fraum mantra invites Lord Hanuman directly into one’s life.

Know that Lord Hanuman has two forms. As a Rama Bhakta, his appearance is as soothing as a morning lotus. However he has a tantric form too which is ferocious. Lord Hanuman is also the Lord of Tantra. Constant recitation of the Fraum mantra grants immense courage and confidence.
Lord Hanuman protects the reciter and grants fearlessness. The most famous tantrik hanuman temple is located in Rajasthan and is known as Mehendipur Balaji. This form of Lord Hanuman grants worldly benefits very quickly.
Lord Hanuman is a celibate. Hence during Hanuman Sadhana, observe celibacy and avoid speaking lies.

How can we attract Hanumanji’s Attention?
The easiest way to attract Hanumanji’s attention, is to develop humility at heart, be simple in our thoughts and show utmost concerns for our Sat-Guru.
How can we attain such sincerity?
Sincerity towards Hanumanji is certainly through control of senses and curbing the outward going propensity of the mind. This mandates the complete giving up of undesirable habits like investing in stocks and shares (because attention to the ups and downs of market means to lose focus from Bhagavan), give up any form of intoxication, non-veg food, onion, garlic, mushrooms and red lentils. Having these desirable habits one should strictly follow instructions of the Guru.
How to Chant Fraum Mantra
Now I shall discuss the process of chanting the Fraum Mantra which fulfills all desires. Keep an idol of Lord Hanuman in front of you and take his blessings. Prepare offerings using pure desi ghee or clarified butter, for the Lord.
Then, apply tilak or vermillion to Lord Hanuman using Laal Chandan or red Sandalwood paste. You can cover his photo or idol using a red cloth. To increase devotion, you can worship the image of Lord Hanuman tearing his chest showing the image of Sita Ram.
One can also meditate on his Panchamukhi form. Panchamukhi Hanuman holds weapons that protect devotees from all calamities. Sit on a red asana for Hanuman sadhana. I say red asana specifically because the red color of the asana prevents unnecessary energy scatter.
Take the blessings of Lord Rama and start the recitation. Chant “Fraum” 108 times. Focus on every syllable of the mantra. The syllables should be loud and clear in the mind. Visualize Lord Hanuman located at your Anahata Chakra, the heart region. Then, visualize a golden aura around his face which increases with every chant.
With time, the Aura encompasses the entire room. You shall feel bliss as the chant deepens. Concentrate on his benign eyes and feel the power penetrating into your entire being. One should approach Lord Hanuman with utmost humility. Ask him to take away all your problems and you shall start feeling lighter.
Slowly shift your focus to his lotus feet. Visualize yourself pressing his feet with all love and reverence. Being pleased by your service, Lord Hanuman shall slowly place his palm on your head. Surrender all your worries and merge into his existence.
This meditation should last for 5 minutes. Note that the Visualization of Lord Hanuman happens spontaneously due to Fraum chanting. So, don’t stop chanting. After successfully completing this sadhana, Lord Hanuman shall take charge of your life. Hanuman Sadhana and Fraum Mantra Chanting shall take you to a new state of consciousness which will help you take complete charge of your life.
