The Bajrang Baan and Hanuman Chalisa,of Hanumanji Maharaj, both composed by Goswami Tulsidas, are hymns praising Lord Hanuman, but while the Hanuman Chalisa is ideal for daily recitation to seek love and protection, the Bajrang Baan is recommended for those in distress, to be recited under a guru's guidance.
