1. Order Processing

– Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.
– Customized or personalized products may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for such products will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including the tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India. The delivery time varies based on the selected shipping method and your location.
Standard Shipping: 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5 business days

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within India only.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping destination, and courier service delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.

3. Shipping Charges

– Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
– Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value. Please check our website for any ongoing free shipping promotions.

For deliveries to remote or difficult-to-reach locations, additional shipping charges may apply. You will be notified of any such charges before your order is shipped.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow 14 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made. If the delivery fails again, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action, including reshipping the order or providing a refund.
